        E-Learning

To supplement our classroom training, we offer a comprehensive catalog of self-paced e-learning programs that include authoritative course materials, self-study questions and completion certificates.  These courses may be taken individually or combined, based on your particular interests.  We will also work with your organization to develop a complete e-learning program tailored to the needs of your acquisition personnel.

       

        Consulting

We provide a broad range of acquisition consulting and legal services applicable to all aspects of federal procurement.  Services include development of proposal strategies targeted to specific agency customers, development of procurement manuals and contract clause flowdown guides, red-team reviews, support to agency acquisition teams and selection of appropriate source selection factors.  We also offer consulting support during contract administration on such areas as cost allowability, claims preparation, submission of equitable adjustments, contract modifications, government-furnished property and terminations.
